Jyland Homes

Background

Jyland Homes has been building distinctive residences in the Wayzata area for over twenty years. They cater to an affluent audience and wanted to have a site that reflected the attention they pay to every home they build. Understanding the importance of their web presence they approached me to redesign their Web site.

Solution

Keeping the Jyland Homes audience in mind I designed a site that showcased their product while encouraging the user to explore and helpfully drive them to make contact. The design utilizes understated navigation and clean line work to create a sense of professionalism and strength. The site also took into account the need to be found in search engines and was designed and optimized to be accessible for organic search.
